We use our Local Wildflower Honey, a little bit of starter-crystallized honey, and Ceylon Cinnamon to make our version of this popular and tasty honey. Ceylon Cinnamon is well known for its health benifits, and combined with our raw unfiltered honey; makes this a true super food. Use as a spread on breads, add to hot oatmeal or hot drinks; YUM.
